The Long Walk

It is not everyone who wishes to pull you down. There are still a few good people left in the world- like me! #winks.

There are people out there who are willing to help but this may never happen if no one knows you need help in the first place. You do not always have to act like everything is fine even when it is not.

Trust is a big deal, I know it may have been a few times or more but you still have to be open. Your help may be just around the corner. You may even be looking at your miracle without knowing that is what it is. You have to learn to see the world in a different light. Isn’t it exhausting carrying the burden of neglect, rejection, backstabbing, betrayal, failure and all that negativity day after day, week after week, month after month, year after year?

Isn’t that too heavy a load to carry on one’s shoulder? Life is a long walk and it becomes a very lonely one when you are walking alone. I am not saying everything will turn around today or this very minute but little by little it will happen, however, it has to start from you.

You have to want it. You have to want it enough to go after it even when it is not being handed to you. You have to voice out and also reach out to people who can help. Find one, two or three good people and let them know what you are going through. Whatever it is, you are not alone in it. Trust a few others to carry your load with you and you will be amazed by how many miles you would have covered.

Life is beautiful when you have beautiful people in it. Don’t quit just yet. There is light at the end of the tunnel.

Keep walking. Your journey is far from over.
